Program Objectives
- To introduce students to the concept of intellectual property and the importance of protecting it.
- To guide students through an inventive process combining the stories of young inventors with hands-on patent and trademark searching online.
- To explore issues associated with using digital technology to access, use, and develop intellectual property.
- To explore Internet safety, cyber security, cyber citizenship, and online harassment.
- To encourage students to view themselves as creative individuals.
